Biokat's* Eco Light is made from soya bean and plant fibres. Eco Light is a particularly effective cat litter, as the plant fibres are extremely absorbent. Unpleasant odours are quickly absorbed thanks to the special tubular structure of our plant fibres. This suppresses odours for a long time. Clumps are formed which lock in the liquid as well as the odour. Biokat’s* Eco Light weighs up to 50% less than comparable cat litter made out of natural clay. This makes it particularly easy to carry.

Use
On a day to day basis, you only need to remove 3 times the clumps and hard excrement. Top up instead of refilling with new litter: only add the removed amount. The residual filling of the litter can stay in the cat litter tray for 4 to 6 weeks. You can find details of how long the bag will last on the front of the bag. **Our litter is made from pea and soy fibres of organic origin and is therefore biodegradable. By using pea fibres from by-products, the litter helps to save resources. This is good for the environment! ***Dispose of individual clumps in a simple and hygienic way! Put the clumps in the toilet one at a time, let them break up and then flush. Do not put multiple clumps in the toilet at the same time! Please be sure to follow local regulations. Toilet disposal only possible in Italy, other countries prohibited!To protect the environment and not waste valuable drinking water and additional energy, we suggest that you do not dispose of cat litter in the toilet! Cat litter should not end up in the wastewater, because it significantly increases the use of resources in the wastewater treatment plant. Make your contribution together with Biokat’s* against the waste of resources. The rest of the cat litter is not suitable for disposal in the household toilet. Dispose of litter (please observe local regulations) in the organic waste bin or with the non-recyclable waste. Keep packaging out of reach of children and animals – danger of suffocation! Store in a dry place. Pregnant women/Nursing women/Young children/People with weakened immune systems should avoid contact with contaminated litter. Do not inhale any possible dust.
